Who Can Enter?

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Postcard Inn Beach Resort and Marina, PC Inn Resort, LLC, Davidson Hotel Company, LLC, and their affiliates, as well as immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

• End Date: May 30, 2024, at 12:00 AM ET

How to Enter

Entering the giveaway is simple and free. Follow these steps:

Ensure that your Instagram profile is public so that the sponsor and its agents can view your entry. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. Once you complete these steps, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the giveaway period.

Prize Details

Grand Prize (1): A two-night stay in an ocean view room at Three Waters Resort. The prize package includes:

• Accommodations for two (2) nights in a single room with double occupancy.

• An approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,696.

No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by the sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use.

Winner Selection and Notification

A potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on or around May 30, 2024. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message on or about May 30, 2024. The potential winner must respond within ten (10) days of the first notification attempt and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required documents, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

• Travel Details: The prize includes accommodations only. All other expenses, including transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, and other charges, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and must be booked at least 21 days in advance. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.

• Publicity Rights: By participating, entrants agree to allow the sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

• Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved under the laws of the State of Florida. Entrants agree to resolve any claims individually, without resort to any form of class action.
