Who Can Enter?
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Brumate, Ace Hardware, Sevierville Chamber of Commerce, MediaOne North America, LLC, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Grand Prize (1):
A two-night and three-day stay at the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort in Sevierville, TN.
Four (4) passes to SkyLand Ranch.
One (1) $250 Tanger Sevierville gift card.
One (1) $250 gift card to The Appalachian Restaurant.
An assortment of BrüMate products valued at $500.
The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the grand prize is $2,100. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution is allowed, except at the sponsor’s discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 8, 2024, from among all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The winner will be notified by mail, phone, and/or email. The potential winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond within the specified time period or non-compliance with the official rules will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Important Information
Eligibility Verification: Winners must provide proof of eligibility, including a valid ID and any other documentation required by the sponsor.
Taxes: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.
Travel Details: All travel must be completed within twelve (12) months from the date of prize acceptance. The winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Any expenses not expressly stated in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
